    بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

     

    وَكَمۡ قَصَمۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٖ كَانَتۡ ظَالِمَةٗ وَأَنشَأۡنَا بَعۡدَهَا قَوۡمًا ءَاخَرِينَ

    11. ¡Cuántas poblaciones injustas (que negaban la verdad) destruimos e hicimos surgir después a otros pueblos en su lugar!

    فَلَمَّآ أَحَسُّواْ بَأۡسَنَآ إِذَا هُم مِّنۡهَا يَرۡكُضُونَ

    12. Y cuando advertían Nuestro castigo, corrían para escaparse de él.

    لَا تَرۡكُضُواْ وَٱرۡجِعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَآ أُتۡرِفۡتُمۡ فِيهِ وَمَسَٰكِنِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُسۡـَٔلُونَ

    13. (Entonces se les decía con ironía:) «¡No corráis y volved a vuestros placeres y a vuestros hogares para que seáis interrogados acerca de ellos!».

    قَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَآ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ

    14. (Entonces) decían: «¡Ay de nosotros! Ciertamente, hemos sido injustos».
    View Tafseer

    فَمَا زَالَت تِّلۡكَ دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ حَصِيدًا خَٰمِدِينَ

    15. Y no cesaban de lamentarse hasta que acabamos con ellos y quedaron reducidos a cenizas.
    View Tafseer

    وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا لَٰعِبِينَ

    16. Y no creamos los cielos y la tierra y cuanto existe en ellos como mero juego.
    View Tafseer

    لَوۡ أَرَدۡنَآ أَن نَّتَّخِذَ لَهۡوٗا لَّٱتَّخَذۡنَٰهُ مِن لَّدُنَّآ إِن كُنَّا فَٰعِلِينَ

    17. Si hubiésemos querido tomar una distracción, lo habríamos hecho de entre lo que tenemos más cerca de Nos, si realmente hubiéramos querido hacerlo[596].

    بَلۡ نَقۡذِفُ بِٱلۡحَقِّ عَلَى ٱلۡبَٰطِلِ فَيَدۡمَغُهُۥ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٞۚ وَلَكُمُ ٱلۡوَيۡلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ

    18. Pero rebatimos la falsedad con la verdad, y aquella queda derrotada y se desvanece. Y a vosotros (¡oh, incrédulos!) os espera la destrucción y la perdición por lo que Le atribuís (a Al-lah)[597].

    وَلَهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَمَنۡ عِندَهُۥ لَا يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَلَا يَسۡتَحۡسِرُونَ

    19. Y a Él pertenece cuanto hay en los cielos y en la tierra. Y quienes están junto a Él (los ángeles) no desdeñan adorarlo ni se cansan de hacerlo.

    يُسَبِّحُونَ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ لَا يَفۡتُرُونَ

    20. Lo glorifican noche y día sin descanso.
