Transliteration:( Falyanzuril insanu ilaa ta-amih )
In the phrase "Let man look," the command can be understood either as an obligation or as permissibility. Sight refers not only to seeing with the eyes but also to contemplation and reflection. However, only that sight of the eye which is accompanied by contemplation proves to be beneficial.
When man is referred to, it means man in general, whether a believer, an infidel, a sinner, or a pious person. This type of sight is beneficial both for the infidel, who may find faith, and for the believers, who gain mystical knowledge.
One moment of sincere contemplation is better than a thousand years of mere verbal Zikr (remembrance).
In the word "food," all types of food are included, whether cooked food or fruit. When we praise the cook, we should also include the praise of the Creator of the food.

(80:24) So let man just consider his food:[17]
17. That is, let him consider the food, which he regards as an ordinary thing, how it is created. Had God not provided the means for it, it was not in the power of man himself to have created the food on the earth in any way.
