7. Except what Allah Wills (8). Surely He knows what is open and what is secret (9)".

284. To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth (768). Whatever you show what is within your hearts or conceal it (769), 9 Allah will bring you to account for it. Then, He will forgive whom He pleases and punish (770) whom He pleases. Verily, Allah has power over everything.
