Transliteration:( Mutaa'in samma ameen )
"He is obeyed and is trustworthy." (Surah At-Takweer: 21)
17. This verse highlights two essential qualities of Hazrat Jibraeel (peace be upon him): obedience and trustworthiness.
Some commentators suggest that these qualities—obedience and trustworthiness—also describe the Holy Prophet ﷺ.

16. That is, he is the chief of the angels and all angels work under his command.
17. That is, he is not one who would tamper with divine revelation, but is so trustworthy that he conveys intact whatever he receives from God.
