Transliteration:( A'addal laahu lahum 'azaaban shadeedan innahum saaa'a maa kaanoo ya'maloon )
“Allah has prepared for them a severe [57] punishment. Certainly, what they do is evil.”
This verse tells us that the punishment of the hypocrites is much more severe than that of an open disbeliever.
This is because a hypocrite pretends to be Muslim outwardly but harbors disbelief and betrayal inwardly, making their sin greater and more deceitful.
