Quran-56:92 Surah Al-waqiah English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

Transliteration:( Wa ammaaa in kaana minal mukazzibeenad daaalleen )

92.And if someone being of the deniers and the misguided (84).

84. These are those who had been called as people on the left hand side i.e. they are infidels whose books of records would be in their left hand.
