فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ

Transliteration:( Famaali'oona minhal butoon )

53.And therewith fill your bellies (47).

47. This means cactus would be your eternal food from which you would be trying to ward off punishment of hunger. You would not be eating this as medicine or fruit.
