Transliteration:( Faqala ana rabbu kumul-a'laa. )
"I am your lord, the highest one." [10]
Pharaoh’s statement reflects his extreme arrogance and denial of Allah’s sovereignty. His claim carried multiple layers:
Idols as Subordinates:
He claimed the idols worshipped by his people were lesser gods, mere copies of himself—while he was the original and greatest.
Mocking Musa’s Lord:
He belittled the message of Hazrat Musa (On whom be peace), implying that if Musa’s Lord truly existed, He must be weak—since His representative appeared poor and powerless.
Pride in Power and Allies:
Pharaoh contrasted his own grandeur and powerful ministers like Hamaan with the humility of Musa (On whom be peace), falsely equating material splendor with divine authority.
