Transliteration:( Wallaili izaa yasr )
4. By this night is either meant the Night of Me'raaj, which was full of darkness, as well as Prophets and angels, had been walking in it. The Holy Prophet gone صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم above the seven heavens.Â
Or, it could mean the Night of Power (LAILATUL QADR) in which there was the descent of Divine Mercy. Or, the night that the pilgrims spend at Muzdalifah in the remembrance of Allah Almighty after they proceed to Mina or all nights in general in which people get up to perform Salaatul Tahajjud.
