    📖 Tafseer (Commentary) of Ayah 89:12

    🔹 What Is Meant by Spreading Disorder?

    ✅ 🌀 Misguiding Others – "Mischief" refers to misleading people away from the truth, while "excessive mischief" means either:

    • Spreading corruption for a long period, or
    • Creating multiple forms of mischief in society.

    ✅ ⏳ Allah(اللَّهُ)'s Patience Before Punishment – This verse highlights that Allah(اللَّهُ) does not punish people immediately for their sins but grants them time to repent.

    ✅ 💰 The Three Roots of Mischief – The nafs (baser self) tempts a person with:

    1. Wealth & luxury – Leading to greed and corruption.
    2. Honor & status – Creating arrogance and superiority.
    3. Disgracing others – Leading to oppression and injustice.

    ✅ 🕌 Shariah’s Solution to Curb Mischief –

    • Zakaat & Charity – To control greed and the excessive love of wealth.
    • Congregational Salaah (Prayer) – To remove arrogance by standing shoulder to shoulder with the poor, prostrating before Allah(اللَّهُ) in humility.

    ✅ ⚠️ A Reminder – Those who persist in spreading disorder will eventually face the consequences of their actions in this world and the Hereafter.
