Transliteration:( Wa asirroo qawlakum awijharoo bih; innahoo 'aleemum bizaatis sudoor )
"And whether you hide your speech or declare it openly, surely, He knows what is in the hearts [29]."
This verse emphasizes that Allah is fully aware of all thoughts and intentions, whether they are hidden in the heart or declared openly. It refutes the notion that one can conceal anything from Allah, even their innermost feelings or secret speech.
At the time, the polytheists of Makkah would often engage in nonsensical prattle, whispering among themselves, hoping that the Lord of Muhammad (PBUH) would not hear them. They thought that by speaking softly, their words might escape the divine attention. This verse corrects that misconception, reminding them that Allah’s knowledge is infinite and that no secret, whether private or public, can be hidden from Him.
The verse highlights Allah’s lofty majesty—His knowledge extends to every corner of the universe, and nothing escapes His awareness. The example of Hazrat Sulaiman (AS), who could hear the sound of an ant from three miles away, illustrates the depth of Allah’s power and knowledge. If a human being like Sulaiman (AS) had such an extraordinary ability, it’s a reminder of how much greater Allah's ability is in knowing all that occurs, both seen and unseen.

(67:13) Whether you speak in secrecy or aloud, (it is all the same to Allah). He even knows the secrets that lie hidden in the breasts of people.[20]
20. The address is to all human beings, whether they are believers or unbelievers. For the believer, it contains the admonition that while living his life in the world he should always remember that not only his open and hidden deeds but even his secret intentions and innermost thoughts are not hidden from Allah. And for the unbeliever, the warning that he may do whatever he may please fearless of God, but nothing that he does can remain un-noticed and unseen by Him.
