Transliteration:( Wa min qablihee kitaabu Moosaaa imaamanw-wa rahmah; wa haazaa Kitaabum musad diqul lisaanan 'Arabiyyal liyunziral lazeena zalamoo wa bushraa lilmuhsineen )
32. The meaning of the word MI SADDIQ IS one that verifies the truth or one that enables a thing to become true. The Holy QURAN has made everyone call the heavenly scriptures to be true that through it's coming it upheld the veracity of these heavenly scriptures because they had prophesied the coming of the QURAN.
From this we learn that after the QURAN there will neither be another Heavenly Book nor another Prophet come into the world, because the Holy QUR'AN verifies the past but does not prophesy coming of another Prophet.
33. It should be remembered that here good! tidings is linked with warning. Thus, meaning is the glad tidings about the rewards Allah Almighty and not the prophesy of a new book.

17. To warn the wrongdoers: To warn of the evil end those who are being unjust to themselves and to the truth itself by disbelieving in Allah and serving others than Allah, and are involved because of this deviation of theirs in the evils of morals and deeds, which have filled human society with every kind of wickedness and injustice.
