Quran Quote  : 

Quran-46:32 Surah Al-ahqaf English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

Transliteration:( Wa mal laa yujib daa'iyal laahi falaisa bimu'jizin fil ardi wa laisa lahoo min dooniheee awliyaaa'; ulaaa ika fee dalaalim mubeen )

32."And whosoever does not respond o Allah's Summoner, he cannot frustrate Him in the earth and such one has no helper (91) against Him. Such are in clear error".

91. This means the rebellious and infidel jinns Cannot escape the punishment of Allah Almighty. They will most certainly be punished.in Hell. Although they are not duty-bound to the Islamic Laws, but in the reward of deeds there is a difference.

(46:32) And[36] he who does not respond to the one who calls to Allah will not be able to frustrate Him on earth, nor will they have anyone to protect them from Allah. Such people are in manifest error.

36. This sentence might also be a part of the saying of the jinns, or it might be an addition by Allah to their saying. In view of the context the second view seems to be more reasonable.
