Transliteration:( Fa inna lillazeena zalamoo zanoobam misla zanoobi ashaabihim falaa yasta'jiloon )
59. So indeed, those who wronged will have a share of the punishment similar to the share of their companions [71]. So let them not ask Me to hasten [72] it.
The term "Zanoob" refers to a small bucket used to draw water from a well, sometimes spilling water on one side and sometimes on the other. This is used metaphorically to signify that each nation will receive its due punishment at its appointed time.
Just as water is drawn in turn, the punishment for each nation will follow its destined time. No one can escape or hasten this divine timing.
The verse advises not to ask for the punishment to be hastened. Every nation and every individual will receive their punishment in its due time, as decreed by Allah.
This teaches patience, reminding us that Allah’s justice will unfold at the right time, and no one should rush or demand the consequences prematurely.

Please refer to Surah Dhariyat ayat 52 which provides the complete commentary from verse 52 through 60.
(51:59) The wrong-doers[56] shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me.
56. Those who have wronged: Those who have violated the reality and the truth and their own nature. The context itself shows that those who have done wrong, here implies the people who are serving others than the Lord of the universe, who disbelieve in the Hereafter, who regard themselves as irresponsible in the world, and have denied those Prophets who have tried to make them understand the reality.
