Transliteration:( Innamaa too'adoona la-saadiq )
"Surely, what is promised[5] to you is true."
Resurrection and Accountability: The verse refers to the promises and censures related to the resurrection and accountability on the Day of Judgment. These include the reward for the righteous and the punishment for the wrongdoers, which will take place with absolute fairness.
The Promise of Allah's Word: The verse assures that everything promised to humanity, as conveyed by the Prophet, will certainly come to pass. This includes the promises of resurrection, divine judgment, reward, and punishment.
Certainty of the Divine Decree: There is no possibility of falsehood in what has been promised. The divine decrees regarding the afterlife and judgment are undeniably true, and their fulfillment is guaranteed by Allah’s will.
Future Information Through the Prophet: The verse encompasses all the future information that has been revealed to mankind through the Prophet, including everything related to the afterlife, which is certain and true.

3. The word used in the original is toadoona. If it is derived from waad, the meaning would be: That which you are promised; and if it is from waid, it would mean: That which you are threatened with. As regards the context, the second meaning is preferable, for the addressees are the people who were lost in disbelief, polytheism and sin, and were not prepared to believe that they would be held accountable some time in the future and would be rewarded or punished accordingly. That is why we have taken toadoona in the meaning of waid (threaten) and not of waad (promise).
