Transliteration:( Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanooo in tansurul laaha yansurkum wa yusabbit aqdaamakum )
"O believers! If you help the Religion of Allah, Allah will help [19] you, and make your feet firm [20]."
This verse lays down a powerful spiritual law: Support Allah’s religion, and He will support you.
Helping Allah’s religion refers to aiding His Prophet ﷺ, spreading the message of Islam, upholding truth, and defending faith through actions like Jihad and education.
Even though Allah is entirely self-sufficient, He honors His servants by allowing them to serve His cause.
This verse also serves as a proof that seeking help from pious servants of Allah is not polytheism, for Allah Himself mentions His reliance on the believers' assistance in the cause of truth.
Helping the religion results in:
Victory over enemies
Honor in this world
Reward in the Hereafter
When believers rise to support the truth, Allah stabilizes their resolve:
“Making your feet firm” includes:
Steadfastness in battle
Courage in debates
Unshakable belief in times of trial
Balance on Pul-Siraat (the bridge over Hell)
This shows that both worldly and spiritual stability is a reward for those who act sincerely in service of Islam.
Thus, this verse teaches that supporting the religion is not merely rewarded—it transforms and empowers the believer himself.
