Transliteration:( Wa taraa kulla ummatin jaasiyah; kullu ummatin tud'aaa ilaa kitaabihaa al Yawma tujzawna maa kuntum ta'maloon )
"And you shall see every Ummah on their knees [60], summoned to see their record. Today you shall be awarded according to your deeds [61]."
On the Day of Judgement, every nation will be on their knees, a sign of humiliation, fear, and helplessness before Allah’s justice.
Each group will be shown their record of deeds, and recompense will be given with absolute fairness.
None will be wronged, and every action will be accounted for.

(45:28) On that Day you shall see every people fallen on their knees.[41] Every people will be summoned to come forth and see its Record and will be told: “Today you shall be requited for your deeds.
41. That is, the dread and terror of the Plain of Resurrection and the awe of the divine court will be such that it will break the stubbornness of the most arrogant and boastful people, and everyone will be found fallen on his knees humbly.
