Transliteration:( Zaalikum bi annakumut takhaztum aayaatil laahi huzuwanw wa gharratkumul hayaatud dunyaa; fal yawma laa yukhrajoona minhaa wa laahum yusta'taboon )
"This is a fact that you took the signs of Allah in mockery [76], and the present life of this world deceived [77] you. Therefore, that day neither will they be taken out (from the fire), nor any favour [78] of Allah will be allowed to them."
The “signs of Allah” include the miracles of the Prophet and the verses of the Holy Qur’an.
This verse clearly shows that mocking any religious matter is a serious offence and an act of disbelief.
Their downfall came from being immersed in worldly pleasures, neglecting the Hereafter.
It is not harmful if one’s hands are in the world, but if the world enters the heart, it becomes destructive—like water sinking a ship.
On that Day, no exit will be given to the disbelievers from Hell, nor any opportunity for repentance or divine mercy.
Today, Allah invites them toward guidance, but they reject it. Tomorrow, they will beg for mercy, but it will not be granted.

(45:35) You reached this end because you made Allah’s Signs an object of jest and the life of the world deluded you.” So they shall not be taken out of the Fire nor shall they be asked to make amends (and thus please their Lord).[46]
46. This last sentence depicts the manner of a master who after rebuking some of his servants turns to others and says: Well, these wretched people now deserve such and such punishment!
