Transliteration:( Haazaa basaaa'iru linnaasi wa hudanw wa rahmatul liqawminy yooqinoon )
"This (Book) opens the eyes of mankind and is guidance [41] and a mercy for a people who are firm in faith."
This tells us that the Holy Qur’an offers three great benefits:
It awakens insight and keeps people spiritually alive in this world.
It shows the path to Paradise in the Hereafter.
It serves as a means of mercy in both worlds.
However, these benefits are exclusively for those who have firm faith. The Qur'an only guides and benefits the believers.

(45:20) These are the lights of discernment for people and guidance and mercy for those endowed with sure faith.[25]
25. That is, this Book and this Shariah present such a light for all the people of the world, which distinguishes the truth from falsehood, but only such people receive any guidance from it who believe in its truth; for them only it is a mercy.
