    📖 Commentary of Surah Al-Qalam, Verse 3

    "And surely, for you is an endless reward."

    ✅ [4] The Prophet’s Endless Reward

    • This verse promises the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) an endless reward. It signifies that the good deeds of the entire Ummah (Muslim community) are, in a way, credited to him, as it is through his teachings that the Ummah learns and practices righteous deeds.

    ✅ The Prophet’s Unique Reward

    • The reward for the Prophet will never be abrogated or diminished, unlike the deeds of others. His reward is perpetual, growing continuously as long as the Ummah follows the teachings he imparted. This shows the immense spiritual significance of his role as a teacher and guide.

    ✅ The Prophet's Obligation to the Ummah

    • The verse emphasizes that everyone will be obligated to the Prophet due to his guidance and the eternal benefit it brings. His reward will be free of anyone else's obligation, as his contributions to the faith are unparalleled, making him the eternal source of blessings for his followers.

That is, you will get an unlimited and continuous reward, for although you have to hear discouraging and disturbing things in response to the efforts that you are making for the instruction and guidance of the people, yet you are steadfastly performing your mission of calling them to the right way.
