Transliteration:( Salhum ayyuhum bizaa lika za'eem )

40. Ask them which of them will guarantee (42) that?

42. From this it is hinted that regarding the rewards of the believers, Allah Almighty is an Authority without any show of mercy. There is no amnesty for an infidel.This is the big difference between the deeds of the believer and the infidel. The infidel is without an heir, while a believer is with an heir and a guardian.

22. Zaeem in Arabic is used for a person who stands a surety on behalf of another, or is a spokesman of others. Thus, the verse means to ask: Which of you will come forward and say that he has made such and such a covenant with Allah on your behalf.
