Transliteration:( Famaa lahum 'anittazkirati mu'rideen )
“What is then the matter with them that they turn away from the admonition?”
This verse highlights the arrogance and rejection of those who turn away from the admonition (the guidance and teachings) of the Holy Qur'aan and the sermons of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. Despite receiving the message, they refuse to accept it, which is a clear sign of their stubbornness and lack of faith.
It indicates that the refusal to accept the message after hearing it is not due to ignorance but because of their rejection of the truth. The verse also clarifies that those who have received a direct message regarding prophethood are not excused from this rejection, and they are not included among those who have not heard the message properly.
