Quran Quote  : 

Quran-13:37 Surah Ar-rad English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ حُكۡمًا عَرَبِيّٗاۚ وَلَئِنِ ٱتَّبَعۡتَ أَهۡوَآءَهُم بَعۡدَمَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِيّٖ وَلَا وَاقٖ

Transliteration:( Wa kazaalika anzalnaahu hukman 'Arabiyyaa; wa la'init taba'ta ahwaaa 'ahum ba'da maa jaaa'aka minal 'ilmi maa laka minal laahi minw waliyinw wa laa waaq )

37. And thus We have sent it down as a decision in Arabic (106). And O' listener! If you will follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge (107), then you shall have no supporter nor defender against Allah.

106. This means just as the previous Prophets were given Books and Scrolls in their own languages, likewise the Holy Prophet to was given the Holy QUR'AAN in Arabic as that was his mother tongue. From this we learn that translation of the Holy QUR'AAN is not the actual QUR'AAN. Neither is the recitation of

the translation permissible in Salaah, nor is its recitation without Wudhu prohibited.

107. This tells the punishments of a sinful scholar is greater than the sinful ignorant person.

(13:37) And it is with the same directive that We revealed to you this Arabic Writ. Were you indeed to follow the vain desires of people after the true knowledge has come to you, none will be your supporter against Allah, and none will have the power to shield you from His punishment.
