يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوۡا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَكُمۡ مِّنۡ نَّفۡسٍ وَّاحِدَةٍ وَّخَلَقَ مِنۡهَا زَوۡجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنۡهُمَا رِجَالاً كَثِيۡرًا وَّنِسَآءًۚ وَاتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ الَّذِىۡ تَسَآءَلُوۡنَ بِهٖ وَالۡاَرۡحَامَؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ رَقِيۡبًا ﴿۱﴾
O men! Fear your Lord Who created you from a single being and out of it created its mate; and out of the two spread many men and women Fear Allah in Whose name you plead for rights, and heed the ties of kinship. Surely, Allah is ever watchful over you.
Surah Name : An-Nisa Surah Number : 4 Ayat Number: 1
Topic : All Ever Watchful
وَاٰتُوا الۡيَتٰمٰٓى اَمۡوَالَهُمۡ وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُوۡا الۡخَبِيۡثَ بِالطَّيِّبِ وَلَا تَاۡكُلُوۡۤا اَمۡوَالَهُمۡ اِلٰٓى اَمۡوَالِكُمۡؕ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ حُوۡبًا كَبِيۡرًا ﴿۲﴾
Give orphans their property, and do not exchange the bad for the good, and do not eat up their property by mixing it with your own. This surely is a mighty sin.

Topic : Big Sin
وَاِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ اَلَّا تُقۡسِطُوۡا فِىۡ الۡيَتٰمٰى فَانكِحُوۡا مَا طَابَ لَـكُمۡ مِّنَ النِّسَآءِ مَثۡنٰى وَثُلٰثَ وَرُبٰعَۚ فَاِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ اَلَّا تَعۡدِلُوۡا فَوَاحِدَةً اَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ اَيۡمَانُكُمۡؕ ذٰلِكَ اَدۡنٰٓى اَلَّا تَعُوۡلُوۡاؕ ﴿۳﴾
If you fear that you might not treat the orphans justly, then marry the women that seem good to you: two, or three, or four. If you fear that you will not be able to treat them justly, then marry (only) one or marry from among those whom your right hands possess. This will make it more likely that you will avoid injustice.

وَاٰتُوۡا النِّسَآءَ صَدُقٰتِهِنَّ نِحۡلَةً ؕ فَاِنۡ طِبۡنَ لَـكُمۡ عَنۡ شَىۡءٍ مِّنۡهُ نَفۡسًا فَكُلُوۡهُ هَنِيۡٓـًٔـا مَّرِیۡٓـــٴًﺎ ﴿۴﴾
Give women their bridal-due in good cheer (considering it a duty); but if they willingly remit any part of it, consume it with good pleasure.

وَلَا تُؤۡتُوا السُّفَهَآءَ اَمۡوَالَـكُمُ الَّتِىۡ جَعَلَ اللّٰهُ لَـكُمۡ قِيٰمًا وَّارۡزُقُوۡهُمۡ فِيۡهَا وَاكۡسُوۡهُمۡ وَقُوۡلُوۡا لَهُمۡ قَوۡلاً مَّعۡرُوۡفًا ﴿۵﴾
Do not entrust your properties - which Allah has made a means of support for you - to the weak of understanding, but maintain and clothe them out of it, and say to them a kind word of admonition.
Surah Name : An-Nisa Surah Number : 4 Ayat Number: 5

وَابۡتَلُوۡا الۡيَتٰمٰى حَتّٰىۤ اِذَا بَلَغُوۡا النِّكَاحَۚ فَاِنۡ اٰنَسۡتُمۡ مِّنۡهُمۡ رُشۡدًا فَادۡفَعُوۡۤا اِلَيۡهِمۡ اَمۡوَالَهُمۡۚ وَلَا تَاۡكُلُوۡهَاۤ اِسۡرَافًا وَّبِدَارًا اَنۡ يَّكۡبَرُوۡاؕ وَمَنۡ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۚ وَمَنۡ كَانَ فَقِيۡرًا فَلۡيَاۡكُلۡ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِؕ فَاِذَا دَفَعۡتُمۡ اِلَيۡهِمۡ اَمۡوَالَهُمۡ فَاَشۡهِدُوۡا عَلَيۡهِمۡؕ وَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ حَسِيۡبًا ﴿۶﴾
And test the orphans [in their abilities] until they reach marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, [anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant.
Surah Name : An-Nisa Surah Number : 4 Ayat Number: 6
Topic : Dont usurp Property
لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الۡوَالِدٰنِ وَالۡاَقۡرَبُوۡنَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنۡهُ اَوۡ كَثُرَؕ نَصِيۡبًا مَّفۡرُوۡضًا ﴿۷﴾
For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - an obligatory share.

وَاِذَا حَضَرَ الۡقِسۡمَةَ اُولُوا الۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَالۡيَتٰمٰى وَالۡمَسٰكِيۡنُ فَارۡزُقُوۡهُمۡ مِّنۡهُ وَقُوۡلُوۡا لَهُمۡ قَوۡلاً مَّعۡرُوۡفًا ﴿۸﴾
And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide for them [something] out of the estate and speak to them words of appropriate kindness.

وَلۡيَخۡشَ الَّذِيۡنَ لَوۡ تَرَكُوۡا مِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّةً ضِعٰفًا خَافُوۡا عَلَيۡهِمۡ فَلۡيَتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ وَلۡيَقُوۡلُوۡا قَوۡلًا سَدِيۡدًا ﴿۹﴾
And let those [executors and guardians] fear [injustice] as if they [themselves] had left weak offspring behind and feared for them. So let them fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.

اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ اَمۡوَالَ الۡيَتٰمٰى ظُلۡمًا اِنَّمَا يَاۡكُلُوۡنَ فِىۡ بُطُوۡنِهِمۡ نَارًا ؕ وَسَيَصۡلَوۡنَ سَعِيۡرًا ﴿۱۰﴾
Behold, those who wrongfully devour the properties of orphans only fill their bellies with fire. Soon they will burn in the Blazing Flame.
