Transliteration:( Nuzulam min Ghafoorir Raheem (section 4) )
“‘Hospitality’ from the Forgiving, the Merciful [87].”
This verse describes the state of honour and welcome that the inmates of Paradise will receive.
Their stay in Paradise is not merely a reward, but a form of divine hospitality—as though they are eternal guests of Allah Almighty, the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
The use of the words “Forgiving” and “Merciful” emphasizes that:
Their entry into Paradise is not due to deeds alone,
But also due to Allah’s pardon and compassion.
Just as a host delights in honouring his guests, Allah will honour the believers with:
Unimaginable comforts,
Everlasting joy, and
A welcome without end.
This verse beautifully reminds us that Jannah is not earned—it is gifted through Allah’s grace, to those who strive in faith and sincerity.
