"(This is) a Book that We have revealed to you, full of blessings [62], so that they may ponder on the verses, and that those gifted with wisdom [63] may be warned."
The Holy Qur’an is described as blessed because it contains knowledge of the unseen, divine wisdom, and spiritual benefit. Anything associated with it—including its reciter, listener, or teacher—is also auspicious and honored. Just as Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) was called blessed, so is the Qur’an and the Prophet ﷺ who received it.
This verse encourages believers to reflect deeply on the meanings and lessons within the Qur’an. Those who are gifted with wisdom are reminded to use their intellect to draw guidance from it, showing that the Qur’an is meant not only for recitation, but also for contemplation and action.

(38:29) This is the Blessed Book[31] that We have revealed to you, (O Muhammad), that people with understanding may reflect over its verses and those with understanding derive a lesson.
31. The Quran has been called a blessed Book in the sense that it is highly useful for man. It gives him the best guidance to improve and reform his life. By following it he has only to gain and nothing to lose.
