Transliteration:( Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumal 'Azeezul Ghaffaar )
"The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and whatever is in between [119], the Honourable, the Great Forgiver."
Though the verse mentions the heavens, the earth, and what lies between, this is only because this world is visible to us. In reality, Allah is the Lord of all creation, including what is unseen and beyond human perception. He is both Most Honourable and Most Forgiving.
