أَمۡ عِندَهُمۡ خَزَآئِنُ رَحۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡوَهَّابِ

Transliteration:( Am'indahum khazaaa 'inu rahmati Rabbikal 'Azeezil Wahhab )

9.0r, do they possess the treasures [16] of the mercy of your Lord, the Honourable, the Great Bestower? (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(9) Or do they have the depositories of the mercy of your Lord, the Exalted in Might, the Bestower?[1320] (Saheen International Translation)

16. So that He would give Prophethood to whomever He wishes. Prophethood is the special grant of Allah Almighty. From this, we leam that Prophethood is not an acquired thing. but one which is bestowed upon. Sainthood is sometimes a pure grant or sometimes acquired. The sainthood of Bibi Mariam is God-given and that of the others is acquired Says Allah Almighty "Those who believed and keep up their duty” (S IO V63) Faith and piety are a means of obtaining sainthood.
