Transliteration:( 'Iz yatalaqqal mutalaqqi yaani 'anil yameeni wa 'anish shimaali qa'eed )
"The two Recorders (angels), one sitting on the right and the other on the left (30) record the deeds."
Every mature person has two angels assigned to them, one seated on the right side and the other on the left. The angel on the right records all of the person’s good deeds, while the angel on the left records the person’s sins.
These angels, also known as the Kiraman Katibin, ensure that every action, whether good or bad, is recorded and documented.
Angels are assigned only to those who are religiously duty-bound, meaning they are mature and intelligent individuals capable of making conscious choices. This excludes those who are children, mentally incapacitated, or not accountable.
Additionally, there is a Watcher (angel) who monitors the person’s actions, ensuring nothing escapes the attention of Allah. These angels serve as a means for accountability on the Day of Judgment.
