Transliteration:( Wa nazzalnaa minas samaaa'i maaa'am mubaarakan fa ambatnaa bihee jannaatinw wa habbal haseed )
"And We send down from the sky water [15] as a blessing and make to grow thereby gardens and the grain that is harvested [16]."
The rain sent down by Allah is a blessing, from which numerous benefits are derived. It is the life source for all living things, and its blessing lasts throughout the year.
The term blessing here refers to an enclosed bounty — something that brings long-lasting benefits, not just temporary effects. Rain is an essential component of life on earth, providing nourishment for plants, animals, and humans alike.
Rain causes the growth of gardens and harvested grains like wheat, barley, and gram, which are consumed for sustenance. While fruits from orchards are enjoyed for their taste, grains from fields are essential for life maintenance.
Both the fruits and grains owe their existence to the rain. This is a metaphor for the spiritual growth that comes through the bounties of the Prophethood. Just as physical growth comes through rain, spiritual growth comes through the guidance of the Holy Prophet, who eternally nourishes and maintains faith.
