Transliteration:( Izaa ra'at hum min makaanin ba'eedin sami'oo lahaa taghaiyuzanw wa zafeeraa )
"When it sees them from afar, it will rage and boil over [24]."
This verse describes the terrifying nature of Hell. Even before the disbelievers reach it, the fire will see them from a distance and begin to rage and boil, showing its anger and fury.
Such imagery conveys the severity of the punishment and the conscious torment that awaits the deniers. The fire itself seems alive—ready to punish those who rejected the truth.

(25:12) When it sees[22] them from a place afar, they will hear its raging and roaring,
22. “The Fire sees them” The words used in the text may be metaphorical, or they may mean that the Fire of Hell will be endowed with the faculties of seeing, thinking and judging.
