Transliteration:( Allazee khalaqas samaawaati wal arda wa maa bainahumaa fee sittati aiyaamin thumma stawaa 'alal 'Arsh; ar Rahmaanu fas'al bihee khabeeraa )
"Who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days [105], then established Himself on the Throne [106]. The Most Merciful, so ask about Him one who is knowledgeable."
Allah affirms His creation of the heavens, the earth, and all between them in six days, demonstrating His power, wisdom, and order in bringing the universe into existence.
After creation, Allah established Himself on the Throne, signifying His sovereignty, authority, and control over all creation.
Allah is The Most Merciful, and those who truly understand Him are the ones who seek knowledge and ask about Him. This encourages believers to approach their Lord with reverence and informed awareness.

Please refer to Surah Furqan ayat 55 which provides the complete commentary from verse 55 through 60.
(25:59) He Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them in six days, and then ascended the Throne;[72] the Merciful One. Ask concerning Him the one who knows.
72. For explanation of Throne, see (Surah Al-Aaraf, ayat 54) note 41-42; (Surah Younus, ayat 3) note 4, and (Surah Hud, ayat 7) note 7. It is difficult to say what exactly is mean by six days. Here a day may mean a period of time or an ordinary day of this world. For explanation of the day, see (Surah HaMim As-Sajdah, ayat 10-11) note 11-15.
