Transliteration:( Innaa lammaa taghal maaa'u hamalnaakum fil jaariyah )
"Verily, we carried you in a ship when the water of the flood went high [11]."
In this verse, Allah reminds the people of His divine favor in saving them from the flood through the ark (ship) during the time of Prophet Nuh. The verse speaks of the favor bestowed not only on their forefathers but also on the descendants, meaning that the blessings received by earlier generations, such as being saved from the flood, continue to benefit their children.
The infidels of Makkah had sailed in ships themselves, but the verse stresses that because they are the descendants of those saved, the favor applies to them as well. It serves as a reminder that divine mercy is passed down through generations, and the coming of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the ultimate favor for all of humanity, just as the ark was a favor to those saved from the flood.
This verse emphasizes the concept that divine mercy and blessings extend to future generations and highlights the significance of Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) arrival as the greatest favor to all of humanity, echoing the grace of past salvations and calling for gratitude.

(69:11) Verily when the water rose to great heights,[7] We bore you upon a floating vessel (i.e. the Ark)[8]
7. The illusion is to the deluge of the Prophet Noah (peace be upon him), in which a whole nation was drowned because of this very crime, and only those people were saved, who had listened to and obeyed the Messenger of Allah.
8. We boarded you: Because the whole human race that exists today has descended from the people who were boarded in the Ark thousands of years ago and thus saved from the deluge. It means: You exist in the world today because in that deluge Allah had caused only the infidels to be drowned and had saved the believers.
