Transliteration:( Wa humilatil ardu wal jibaalu fadukkataa dakkatanw waahidah )
"And the earth and the mountains are crushed [15] after being lifted up all at once."
This verse describes the cataclysmic event that will unfold when the first blowing of the trumpet occurs. The earth and the mountains, which are typically stable and unyielding, will be lifted up and crushed. This powerful imagery illustrates the complete destruction of the physical world as it exists, marking the beginning of the end times.
The first trumpet blast will render all living beings dead, causing everything to come to an immediate halt. Following this, a complete transformation of the world will take place, with the destruction of the current earth and the mountains being symbolic of the profound change that will occur.
The first blowing of the trumpet marks a total upheaval in creation. After this blast, the world will no longer remain as it is. It signifies the end of the known universe and the commencement of the resurrection. The earth and mountains, which represent the foundation of the physical world, will undergo a radical transformation, symbolizing the dramatic shift that will take place during the Day of Judgement.
