Transliteration:( Innahoo kaana laa yu'minu billaahil 'Azeem )
"Certainly he did not believe [39] in Allah the Great."
This verse emphasizes that true belief in Allah cannot exist without accepting His messenger. The disbeliever's rejection of the Prophet signifies their rejection of divine guidance, despite possibly acknowledging the existence of Allah. The verse makes it clear that belief in Allah alone, without belief in His messenger, is not sufficient for salvation.
The infidels may have believed in Allah, but by rejecting the Prophet and his message, they failed to attain true faith. This serves as a reminder that belief in Allah must be accompanied by acceptance of the Prophet as His final messenger, as denying the Prophet undermines one’s faith in the fullness of Allah’s message.
