Transliteration:( Zaalika bimaa qaddamat aideekum wa anal laaha laisa bizallaamil lil 'abeed )
"This is in recompense for what your hands have sent ahead. And Allah is not unjust to His servants [121]."
By this is meant that punishment in the grave is a direct consequence of a person’s own evil actions. It is stated in the Hadith that those who fail to protect themselves from drops of urine or indulge in backbiting will be subjected to torment in the darkness of the grave. On the other hand, those who illuminate mosques will be rewarded with light in their graves. This verse affirms that Allah is never unjust, and whatever befalls a soul is entirely due to its own deeds.
