    Transliteration:( Wallazeena aamanoo min ba'du wa haajaroo wa jaahadoo ma'akum fa Ulaaa'ika minkum; wa ulul arhaami baduhum awlaa biba'din fee Kitaabil laah; innal laaha bikulli shai'in 'Aleem )

    75. And those who believed afterwards [169], and migrated and fought alongside you, they are also from you. And the blood relatives are nearer to one another in the Book of Allah [170]. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of everything. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (75) And those who believed after [the initial emigration] and emigrated and fought with you - they are of you. But those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allāh.[459] Indeed, Allāh is Knowing of all things. (Saheen International Translation)

    📖 Commentary of Surah Al-Anfal – Verse 75

    "And those who believed afterwards [169], and migrated and fought alongside you, they are also from you. And the blood relatives are nearer to one another in the Book of Allah [170]. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of everything."

    ✅ 169 Later Migrants Also Share in Brotherhood and Reward

    This verse acknowledges the later groups of Emigrants, stating that they are also part of the Muslim brotherhood and deserve equal status and reward. These include:

    1. The earliest Emigrants who migrated directly to Madinah.

    2. Those who migrated first to Abyssinia, then to Madinah—known as the People of Two Migrations.

    3. Those who migrated after the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, referred to as the Second Migration.

    This verse primarily refers to the first group, affirming that anyone who joins the struggle in belief and action becomes part of the faithful community.

    ✅ 170 Inheritance Now Based on Blood Relations

    The verse then clarifies a legal principle: blood relatives now take precedence in inheritance, as stated in the Book of Allah. This abrogates earlier laws where brotherhood through faith and migration had temporary precedence.

    Key rulings derived:

    1. The inheritance law based on Hijrah has been abrogated.

    2. Inheritance is now tied to blood relations, not foster ties or mere association.

    3. Among in-laws, only spouses inherit from each other.

    4. Uncles and aunts who are blood relatives are considered valid heirs in the Hanafi school of thought.
