Transliteration:( Qul seeroo fil ardi fanzuroo kaifa bada al khalqa thumm Allahu yunshi''un nash atal Aakhirah; innal laaha 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer )
"Say, 'Travel in the earth [43], then see how Allah originates creation, then Allah brings forth the second creation [44]. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.'"
This verse encourages believers to travel across the earth with the intention of observing Allah’s creative power—in the wonders of nature, the formation of mountains, the vastness of oceans, and the diverse landscapes.
Such travel, when done with the purpose of reflection, becomes an act of worship, because it leads to a deeper understanding of Allah’s Majesty and fosters spiritual insight into His mystical knowledge.
After recognizing that Allah is the Originator of all creation, the next logical step is to believe with certainty that He can also bring forth creation a second time—i.e., resurrection.
If Allah can create from nothing, then renewal after disintegration is even easier and more certain.
This verse assures that there is no inconsistency in believing in life after death, for Allah’s power encompasses all things, and nothing is beyond His command.

Please refer to Surah Ankabut ayat 19 which provides the complete commentary from verse 19 through 23.
(29:20) Say: “Go about the earth and see how He created for the first time, and then Allah will recreate life.” Surely, Allah has power over everything.[33]
33. That is, “When you yourselves are witnessing things being created in the first instance by God’s competence and skill, you should understand it well that re-creation shall also take place by the same competence and skill. Such a thing is not beyond His power nor can it be.”
