Transliteration:( Qul kafaa billaahi bainee wa bainakum shaheedaa; ya'lamu maa fis samaawaati wal ard; wallazeena aamanoo bil baatili wa kafaroo billaahi ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon )
"Say, 'Allah is sufficient as a witness between me and you. He knows what is in the heavens and the earth. And those who have believed in falsehood and disbelieved in Allah, they are the ones who are truly at a loss.'"
Pure and exalted is Allah Almighty! The Holy Prophet ﷺ is the testifier of Allah’s Oneness (Tauheed), and Allah Himself is the ultimate testifier of the Prophet’s truthfulness and prophethood. It is important to understand that while human testimony about scholars and saints continues until the Day of Judgment, Allah’s testimony about the Prophet ﷺ is of the highest, most complete kind. Just as a degree certificate and official insignia testify to a person’s rank, so too does Allah’s testimony confirm the Prophet’s status. There is no conflict in Allah being the ultimate witness, even if He did not testify in a human sense before people.
Allah’s testimony is perfect because His knowledge is infinite and all-encompassing — He knows everything in the heavens and the earth. This total knowledge means His testimony cannot be doubted or challenged. From this, it becomes clear that no human knowledge compares to the Prophet’s, since the Prophet’s truthfulness and mission are affirmed by Allah Himself as the highest testimony.
Those who believe in falsehood and deny Allah’s Oneness suffer the greatest loss. They have chosen error over truth and rejection over guidance, which results in their ultimate failure in both this life and the Hereafter.
