Transliteration:( Wa laqad aatainaa Moosal hudaa wa awrasnaa Baneee Israaa 'eelal Kitaab )
136 By guidance' is either meant the Torah of miracles. The third meaning is most appropriate. We made Musa (in whom he peace) a true guide.
From this, we understand that even a person finds guidance through the Prophet of Allah and the Prophet finds guidance from Allah Almighty . The sun provides light for the world. but Allah Almighty Himself has directly illuminated the sun.
The Prophets are on guidance prior to their advent of Prophethood and revelation of the book upen them During his uphringing in the palace of the Pharaoh, Musa (On whom he peace) was always on the path of guidance as he was constantly rebuffing
137 By book' is meant either the Tauraat or those Books and scrolls given to the Israelites indirectly through Prophets.
From this we learn that the Ulama (Islamic scholars) are heirs the Prophets. We also leam that monetary inheritance of the Prophet is not distributed because their legacy is not monetary, but one perfection takes perfection from them. The legacy will be obtainable at all times.

69. That is, We did not just leave Moses alone when We sent him against Pharaoh, but We gave him guidance at every step till success. This contains a subtle allusion to the effect: O Muhammad, We shall help you too in the same manner. We have neither left you alone after raising you as a Prophet in the city of Makkah and the tribe of Quraish so that these wicked people may treat you as they like, but We Ourselves are with you and are giving you guidance at every step.
