Transliteration:( Allazeena kazzaboo bil Kitaabi wa bimaa arsalnaa bihee Rusulanaa fasawfa ya'lamoon )
"Those who reject the Book with which We have sent [183] Our Messengers. They shall soon know."
This refers to the Books revealed to the Prophets, the miracles granted to them, and the truths they brought. Rejecting these includes denial of the divine scripture, the prophetic message, and the miraculous signs that affirm their truthfulness.
From this verse, it is clear that:
Belief in all Prophets and their revelations is obligatory.
Acceptance includes their miracles and their elevated status by Allah.
The term Gāfir (The Forgiving) here emphasizes Allah’s attribute but also carries a warning that those who reject His Books will face consequences.
The tafsir of Surah Muminun verse 70 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.

100. This is the real cause of their going astray. Their denial of the Quran and the teachings brought by the Messenger (peace be upon him) of Allah and their resisting by disputation the revelations of Allah instead of pondering over them seriously, was the basic cause, which has led them astray and exhausted all possibilities of their adopting the right way.
