تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ

Transliteration:( Tanzeelul Kitaabi minal laahil Azeezil 'Aleem )

2.The revelation of this Book is from Allah, the Most Honourable, the Most Knowing(2).

2 In this blessed QURAN there is respect as well as knowledge. The knower of the ORAAN is one who possesses outstanding knowledge

The one who works to serve the QURAN shall obtain respect in this world and the Hereafter. Because the Holy QURAN was revealed gradually, the word sending down has been used.
