Transliteration:( Wa Huwal lazee ahyaakum summa yumeetukum summa yuhyeekum; innal insaana la kafoor )
"And it is He who gave life [135] to you, then He will cause you to die, and again He will give life to you. Indeed, mankind is most ungrateful [136]."
Allah Alone is the One who created you, then will cause death, and will again bring you back to life on the Day of Resurrection. This sequence reminds of His complete control over life and death.
Despite these immense favours, most of mankind remains ungrateful—failing to recognize the Giver of life, or prepare for the life after death.
This verse highlights both Divine Power and human negligence.

(22:66) And it is He Who has endowed you with life and it is He who causes you to die, and it is He Who will then resurrect you. Man is indeed extremely prone to denying the Truth.[114]
114. That is, though man sees every reality presented by the Prophets, yet he denies it.
