Transliteration:( Lahoo ma fis samaawaati wa ma fil ard; wa innal laaha la Huwal Ghaniyyul Hameed (section 8) )
"To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth [131], and indeed, Allah is the Self-Sufficient, the Laudable."
True and everlasting ownership of everything in the heavens and earth belongs to Allah Alone.
Others may receive temporary control or possession, but it is only by His bounty and permission.
Allah is free of need and worthy of all praise, regardless of anyone’s obedience or disobedience.

(22:64) To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. Surely Allah – He alone is Self- Sufficient, Praiseworthy.[112]
112. He alone is All-Sufficient and is not in need of anyone in any way. He is All-praiseworthy because all praise belongs to Him alone whether anyone praises Him or not.
