Transliteration:( Kutiba 'alaihi annahoo man tawallaahu fa annahoo yudilluhoo wa yahdeehi ilaa 'azaabis sa'eer )
"For whom it has been written that who will befriend [8] him, then he will necessarily misguide him and will guide him towards the torment of Hell."
This refers to those who, through evil beliefs, sinful deeds, or friendship with wicked people, become attached to Shaytan.
In essence, having a liking for evil, or associating closely with evil companions, is equivalent to loving the devil.
Just as loving the friends of Allah Almighty is considered loving Allah Himself, similarly, loving evil people aligns a person with Satan and leads to misguidance and punishment.
Such people are inevitably misled by Shaytan and are driven toward the torment of Hell.
