Transliteration:( Maa qadrul laaha haqqa qadrih; innal laaha la Qawiyyun 'Azeez )
"They valued not Allah as He should be Valued [152], Indeed, Allah is Powerful, Dominant."
The infidels failed to recognize the true majesty of Allah Almighty. They assumed that Allah could not alone manage the vast system of the universe and so assigned Him partners and helpers—a grave misjudgment.
This is likened to a simple villager who sees a long train with seventy carriages and assumes that a single engine cannot pull it, unaware of the power of that engine. Similarly, these people saw the vast creation but did not comprehend the infinite power of the Creator.
Those who have even a little understanding of Allah's greatness affirm that He alone is capable of creating and sustaining not just one, but countless worlds. His power is absolute and unlimited, and He needs no assistance in His dominion.
