Transliteration:( Ulaaa'ikal lazeena taba'al laahu 'alaa quloobihim wa sam'ihim wa absaarihim wa ulaaa'ika humul ghaafiloon )
108. Those are the ones upon whose hearts and ears Allah has placed a seal [244], and their eyes are covered. It is they who are heedless.
[244] It is due to the excessiveness of their sins. As a result, the verses of the Holy Qur’an no longer reach their ears, nor do they enter their hearts.
Their eyes cannot perceive the truth of the miracles.
Therefore, the objection that it is not their fault since Allah has sealed their hearts, ears, and tongues, holds no merit, because this sealing is a consequence of their persistent disobedience.
An example: a murder victim dies by the decree of Allah, but it is still the murderer who is held accountable.
