Transliteration:( Faltaqatahooo Aalu Fir'awna li yakoona lahum 'aduwwanw wa hazanaa; inna Fir'awna wa Haamaana wa junooda humaa kaanoo khaati'een )
"Then the family [18] of Firawn picked him up so that he may become their enemy and a source of grief [19]. Indeed, Firawn and Haman and their armies were wrongdoers [20]."
The household of Firawn found baby Musa in the river and adopted him, unaware they were raising the very one destined to oppose and defeat them. This was divine irony—their act fulfilled Allah’s plan while they remained oblivious.
Musa would grow up to become their enemy and cause of sorrow, not joy. What they thought was a harmless infant would later become the source of Firawn’s downfall.
Firawn, Haman, and their armies are labeled wrongdoers—for their oppression, arrogance, and disbelief. Despite all their power and schemes, they could not escape the wisdom and will of Allah.

(28:8) Then Pharaoh’s household picked him up (from the river) that he may be their adversary and be a cause of sorrow to them.[11] Surely Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts erred (in their scheming).
11. This was not their aim, but the ultimate destiny of their act. They picked up the child through whom they were to be destroyed in the end.
