Transliteration:( Wa laa yasuddunnaka 'an Aayaatil laahi ba'da iz unzilat ilaika wad'u ilaa Rabbika wa laa takoonanna minal mushrikeen )
And let them never bar you from the signs of Allah after they have been sent down to you [216], and call towards your Lord [217], and never be among the polytheists [218].
This means do not be affected by the nonsense or mockery of the disbelievers, which could create any hesitation or weakness in your remembrance of Allah Almighty.
Continue conveying the message of the signs of Allah (āyāt) boldly and confidently.
From this we understand two important points:
The Holy Prophet ﷺ is the eternal Prophet for all of creation, as the verse does not restrict the invitation to a specific group or time.
It means: Call all of mankind to Islam at all times. Even today, the Holy Prophet ﷺ calls toward Allah through the efforts of the Ulama, saints, and the righteous.
May Allah make a sinner like me among the workers at this noble door.
All other Prophets invited people towards the attributes of Allah, but the **Holy Prophet ﷺ invites humanity towards the very Being (Zaat) of Allah Almighty.
Allah Himself says: “And an inviter towards Allah…”
The Prophet is instructed not to be like the polytheists—
neither in beliefs, nor in actions, nor in appearance, nor in character.
This serves as a guideline for all believers: avoid all forms of imitation of those who associate partners with Allah.

(28:87) And let it never happen that the unbelievers might turn you away[111] from the revelations of Allah after they have been revealed to you. Call people to your Lord and never become one of the unbelievers,
111. Divert you: divert you from conveying them to others and acting in accordance with them in practical life.
