Transliteration:( Qul yaa 'ibaadil lazeena aamanut taqoo Rabbakum; lillazeena ahsanoo fee haazihid dunyaa hasanah; wa ardul laahi waasi'ah; innamaa yuwaffas saabiroona ajrahum bighayri hisab )
35. From this we understand that piety and good deeds come after faith. The good deeds. of the infidels are in vain, just as it is useless to water the branches, which have been cut off from the roots.Â
There are four conditions to this fear, and four types of people are entitled to it. The piety of the special people is not the same as the piety of the common people; while the piety of the very special people is superior to the other two.
36. The word 'good' is the subject and 'in this world' is the predicate of precedence, i.e. the pious person will obtain good in this world as well as good health, sustenance, salvation from calamities, etc. and in the Hereafter, too, they will receive good. Says Allah Almighty: "And he who fears Allah, Allah will make a way for his deliverance. And will provide for him whence he expects not" (S65: Vs 2-3).
37. Thus the place where you do not have freedom of worship of Allah Almighty, then you should migrate to such a place where you will enjoy freedom of worship. In it, there is permission for migration. But do not leave the worship of Allah Almighty.
38. Reason for its revelation:
This verse was revealed regarding the emigrants to Abyssinia who had migrated before the Holy Prophet's صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم migration from Makkah to Madina. Among them was Hazrat Jaffer. It means they will be given so many rewards, which they would neither be able to calculate today, nor in the future.
Hazrat Alli (May Allah be pleased with him) says the reward of every good deed will be given in weight, besides that of patience, which would be without weight. There will be no weight for patience. There is no scale for those who are patient (Tafseer Khazainul Irfaan).

10. Say: “O My servants who believe, have Taqwa of your Lord. Good is for those who do good in this world, and Allah’s earth is spacious! Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning.†11. Say: “Verily, I am commanded to worship Allah, making religion sincerely for Him.†12. “And I am commanded (this) in order that I may be the first of the Muslims
Allah commands His believing servants to remain steadfast in their obedience and have Taqwa of Him.
(Say: “O My servants who believe, have Taqwa of your Lord. Good is for those who do good in this world…â€) means, the one who does good deeds in this world, will have a good (reward) in this world and in the Hereafter.
(and Allah’s earth is spacious!) Mujahid said, “So emigrate through it and strive hard and keep away from idols.â€
(Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning.) Al-`Awza`i said, “Their reward will not be weighed or measured; they will be given an immense reward.†As-Suddi said:
(Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning.) means, “In Paradise.â€
(Say: “Verily, I am commanded to worship Allah, making religion sincerely for Him…â€) means, `I am commanded to worship Allah alone in all sincerity, with no partner or associate.’
(And I am commanded (this) in order that I may be the first of the Muslims.)
29. That is, do not rest content with belief but follow it up with piety and fear of God. Act according to what Allah has enjoined and avoid what He has forbidden and live in the world fearing His accountability.
30. Good and well-being both of this world and of the Hereafter.
31. That is, if one city, territory or land has become difficult for the worshipers of Allah, they may emigrate to another place where they may not have to face any such hardship.
32. Those who brave all kinds of hardships and persecutions in following the way of God-worship and piety but do not abandon the way of the truth. This also includes those people who emigrate to other countries and experience hardships in the foreign land for the sake of religion and faith, and those also who continue to face every kind of temptation and calamity firmly and patiently in the land where they are being persecuted.
